This is a ground floor position in a new enterprise building a full service taproom and restaurant. The job will involve finalizing kitchen and taproom design and layout, menu creation, deciding hours of
operation, hiring all staff, coordinating the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve our guest service goals in the taproom, at festivals and other events.Applicant is expected to have relevant experience in the bar and restaurant industry, preferably in bar management.
Salary is dependent on experience. Ownership options available.
